CSR2 Fast and Furious Cars Ranked by World Record Times
CSR2 MODS · October 22, 2026
CSR2 has a whole garage of cars from the Fast & Furious films: Dom's Chargers, Brian's Skylines and Supras, Letty's Nova, Han's RX-7 and dozens more. They're some of the most wanted cars in the game. But are they actually fast, or just famous?
We used our CSR2 world records sheet to find out. It has record times for 58 Fast & Furious cars, all purple-star, plus the three Back to the Future Time Machines. The answer is a bit of both, and not always for the cars you'd expect.
Where the movie cars sit
| Tier | Fast & Furious records | Out of |
|---|---|---|
| Tier 3 | 2 | 81 |
| Tier 4 | 21 | 232 |
| Tier 5 | 35 | 890 |
In Tier 5, the typical Fast & Furious car ranks around 473rd of 890: almost exactly the middle of the tier. Only one makes the top 100, and eight make the top 250. As a group, they're solid cars rather than record breakers.
The exception: Back to the Future
The other film franchise in the game is a different story. All three Time Machines are among the fastest cars in CSR2:
| Car | Tier 5 record | Rank |
|---|---|---|
| BTTF Part III ‘Time Machine’ | 6.505 | 1st |
| BTTF Part II ‘Time Machine’ | 6.576 | 8th |
| BTTF ‘Time Machine’ | 6.620 | 13th |
The Part III Time Machine holds the fastest Tier 5 record on the whole sheet. If you want a famous movie car that's also a genuine contender, this is it. It also tops our ranking of the fastest CSR2 car from every brand.

| Letty's Chevrolet Nova SS | 7.004 | 268 |
All figures from our sheet at the time of writing. Records improve, so check the live sheet for the current order.
The fastest one isn't a muscle car or a tuned supercar: it's Roman's Pontiac Fiero, a small mid-engined coupe. That fits a pattern we see across the whole sheet. In CSR2, how a car is built to launch and take a tune matters far more than its reputation.
Dom's garage, ranked
Dom Toretto has more cars on the sheet than any other character. Here's how they compare in Tier 5:
| Car | Record | Tier 5 rank |
|---|---|---|
| Mid-Engine Charger R/T ‘Hellacious’ | 6.796 | 104 |
| Charger R/T ‘Tantrum’ | 6.879 | 172 |
| Dodge Charger Daytona | 6.969 | 245 |
| Plymouth Road Runner | 7.183 | 367 |
| Dodge 1970 Charger R/T (two versions) | 7.344 and 7.387 | 442 and 462 |
| Dodge Ice Charger | 7.370 | 452 |
| Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat Widebody | 7.553 | 550 |
| Dodge Charger R/T HEMI | 7.731 | 670 |
| Dodge Demon | 7.802 | 694 |
The most famous car in the films, the black 1970 Charger R/T, sits in the middle of the tier, around 450th. Dom's quickest cars are the custom builds: the mid-engined “Hellacious” and the “Tantrum”. If you want a Dom Charger to race rather than to look at, those are the two.
Brian's cars
Brian O'Conner's cars are split across two tiers. In Tier 5, his best is the Toyota Supra Aerotop (7.034, 284th), followed by the Nissan Ben Sopra GT-R (7.159, 343rd). His two Skyline R34s sit lower, around 700th.
Tier 4 suits him better. His Ford Escort MkI RS1600 ranks 32nd of 232, with the Lancer Evolution VII and the Veilside Impreza close behind at 67th and 72nd.
The best car for every character
If you collect by character rather than by tier, here's the quickest car each one has on our sheet, with its rank in its tier:
| Character | Fastest car | Tier and rank |
|---|---|---|
| Roman | Pontiac Fiero | Tier 5, 60th |
| Dom Toretto | Mid-Engine Charger R/T ‘Hellacious’ | Tier 5, 104th |
| Jack Toretto | Chevrolet Monte Carlo | Tier 5, 170th |
| Mia | Acura Integra LS Sedan | Tier 5, 242nd |
| Han | Toyota GR Supra | Tier 5, 266th |
| Letty | Chevrolet Nova SS | Tier 5, 268th |
| Brian | Toyota Supra Aerotop | Tier 5, 284th |
| Owen Shaw | Flip Car | Tier 5, 317th |
| Jakob Toretto | Ford Mustang | Tier 5, 580th |
| Sean | Ford 1967 Mustang Fastback | Tier 5, 588th |
| Deckard Shaw | McLaren 720S | Tier 5, 658th |
| Tej | Subaru WRX STi | Tier 5, 759th |
| Neela | Mazda Veilside “VSD1-GT” RX-8 | Tier 4, 29th |
A few characters fare much better one tier down. Letty's 2015 Challenger R/T Shaker ranks 36th in Tier 4, well above her Tier 5 cars. Sean's APR Lancer Evolution IX is 53rd in Tier 4, and his Silvia “Mona Lisa” sits around 719th in Tier 5. Tej has the most cars outside the top half: five, with his Tier 4 Mercedes-AMG GT S near the very bottom.
Many of these film cars are Japanese classics. For how the whole JDM line-up compares, tier by tier, see our ranking of JDM cars in CSR2.
Tier 4: where the movie cars shine
Relative to their tier, the Fast & Furious cars do best in Tier 4. The quickest is Neela's Mazda Veilside “VSD1-GT” RX-8 at 29th of 232, with Brian's Escort, Letty's 2015 Challenger R/T Shaker and Leon's R33 Skyline all inside the top 40. At the other end, Tej's Mercedes-AMG GT S ranks 229th of 232.
A lesson about PP
Letty's Chevrolet Nova SS has the highest PP of any car on the Tier 5 sheet: 726. It ranks 268th. Most of the Tier 5 Fast & Furious cars sit at 713 PP, the same as the fastest cars in the game, and still finish mid-pack. It's a neat illustration of why PP isn't a speed rating.
Should you get one?
- For a themed garage or a film-car collection: absolutely. These are some of the best-looking cars in the game.
- For events that call for them: pick the quickest one that qualifies. The tables above make that easy.
- For pure Tier 5 speed: the BTTF Time Machines are genuine contenders. Most Fast & Furious cars aren't, so choose from our best cars by tier list instead.
- For Tier 4: Neela's RX-8 and Brian's Escort are properly quick.
Whichever you choose, look its tune up on the records sheet and start from there. Our best tune analysis explains how to adapt it. Purple-star cars like these are often tied to limited-time events, so they can be hard to get later. If you missed one, the cars in our CSR2 car collection can be delivered stock or fully maxed; ask in chat if the exact version you want isn't listed.
Famous isn't always fast
The Back to the Future Time Machines are among the fastest cars in CSR2, with Part III holding the top Tier 5 record. The Fast & Furious cars are a different story: the typical one sits in the middle of Tier 5, and Dom's famous 1970 Charger ranks around 450th. The fastest is Roman's Pontiac Fiero in Tier 5 and Neela's RX-8 in Tier 4. Great cars to own, but pick by record time if you're racing to win.
