1. Who we are

CSR2 MODS(csr2-mods.com) is an independent service that delivers in-game items and upgrades for CSR Racing 2. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by NaturalMotion or Zynga. CSR Racing 2 and related names and marks belong to their owners; we use the game’s name only to describe what our service works with. See our disclaimer for more.

2. Who can order

You must be 18 or over, or the age of majority where you live. By placing an order you confirm that the game account involved is yours, that you are allowed to authorise work on it, and that the details you give us are accurate. One customer account per person.

3. What we sell

We deliver cars, in-game currency (cash, gold, keys) and upgrades for CSR Racing 2 by adding them to your existing game account through the game’s own systems. Everything we sell is digital and delivered by our team. We never supply mod APKs, modified copies of the game, mod menus, cheat tools or any software for you to install.

4. Prices, payment and promotions

• Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. The price shown when you place an order is the price you pay.
• Payment is made with the methods shown at checkout. We never ask for or store card numbers.
• We may cancel and refund an order if payment cannot be verified.
• Discount codes work as described where they are offered. A code may be limited to first orders, to one use per customer, to a total number of uses, or to a time period. Only one code can be used per order. We may change or end any promotion at any time, without affecting orders already paid for.

5. Delivery

• Most orders are delivered within about 20 minutes of payment clearing. That is a typical time, not a guaranteed one.
• Delivery can take longer when demand is high or while the game is under maintenance or updating.
• An order counts as delivered when the items or upgrades you ordered are on your game account. We normally send you proof when it is done.
• If part of an order doesn’t arrive, we deliver the missing part. If an order can’t be completed, we refund it under the refund policy.

6. Account access

Most orders need us to sign in to your game account once. You send the sign-in details in your private chat with us after paying. We use them only to complete the order you paid for, and we never ask for card details, access to your recovery email, or security answers. Those details stay in your chat history, visible only to you and our team, until they are deleted; ask us and we will delete them. Please change your game password once your order is delivered. Our privacy policy explains this in full.

7. Risk

The game’s publisher sets and enforces its own rules and can change them at any time. We work in the lowest-risk way available to us, but we don’t control the publisher and can’t promise any particular outcome for your account, including that it will never be reviewed or restricted. Our honest position is set out in the FAQ.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for anything unlawful, or to commit fraud;
• use a stolen game account or a payment method that isn’t yours;
• abuse or try to exploit discount codes or promotions, including through multiple accounts;
• resell our services without our written permission;
• scrape the site or place automated orders;
• file a chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith on an order that was delivered.

9. Suspension

If you break these terms we may refuse orders, pause pending deliveries while we look into it, or close your customer account. Where a payment dispute is opened on a delivered order, we will share our delivery record with the payment provider. Anything you are owed under the law will still be paid.

10. Our content

The text, design and original graphics of this website belong to CSR2 MODS. Please don’t copy or republish them without permission. Game names, car names and manufacturer badges belong to their respective owners.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, CSR2 MODSis not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for anything that happens in the game because of the publisher’s decisions, updates or enforcement. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. If something goes wrong, please contact us first: almost every problem is solved faster that way. Any dispute we can’t settle together will be handled by the courts of Dubai. Nothing in this section removes consumer rights that the law of your own country gives you and that can’t be waived by agreement.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes don’t apply to orders already paid for, and for significant changes we will put a notice on the site.
